Runway: From softer draped shirtdresses to sharply cut military styles, the shirtdress was the silhouette for spring.

Reality: A favorite of working gals everywhere, the shirtdress is one of my go-to silhouettes because it just looks so great on. A knee-length or shorter is the best look on most women, and a straighter skirt with a blousier top balances out curves.
