Jennifer Aniston gets her first tattoo... Is she already turning into heavily inked boyfriend Justin Theroux?

When she was in a relationship with Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston practically morphed into her handsome partner.

And now she's already showing signs of adopting new boyfriend Justin Theroux's edgy style - by getting her first tattoo. 

The 42-year-old actress has been sporting an inking on the inside of her right foot in New York over the past couple of days.

It was barely discernible under the sky-scraping Michael Kors peanut leather stilettos she donned in the city today, but there nonetheless.

The tattoo was more visible when the actress was wearing sandals the previous day. 

And Jennifer's representative has confirmed to Life & Style that the star has indeed taken the plunge

It's quite a departure for the wholesome star, who has only worn a temporary tattoo of a heart on her stomach in the past, and that was to play the kooky titular lead in Along Came Polly.

A tattoo of any sort, in fact, seems quite incongruous to her classic style and is more associated with Angelina Jolie.

But her new boyfriend is heavily tattooed, one of his tattoos reads 'Odi et Amo,' which translates to 'I hate and I love.' 

Their relationship is only a mere few weeks old, but this is just the latest sign that things are becoming very serious between the pair.

The Friends alumni brought her 39-year-old new beau along with her for moral support as she taped an interview with James Lipton for Bravo series, Inside The Actor's Studio, last night.

The couple were spotted standing side-by-side as they made their way out of the Pace University in New York, where the actress' appearance on the show was being filmed.

Once again the couple tried to avoid getting snapped together, by leaving the building separately. 

Jennifer made her way out through the front exit and the smile plastered across her face said it all.

The actress was like a giddy teenager, beaming as she showed off her great figure in a conservative knee-length fitted shift paired with a black tuxedo jacket featuring leather-trimmed lapels.

She accessorised the look with a pair of black satin Christian Louboutin kitten heels.

She also kept the matching gold ring that she shares with Theroux firmly on her wedding finger. 

In fact, Jennifer proudly displayed the bling as she waved to her fans.

Theroux's appearance was certainly more scruffy compared to his new ladylove as he continued to sport his beard and favourite leather motorcycle jacket.

Earlier in the evening, the couple also arrived separately with Theroux arriving on his motorcycle just moments before Jennifer made her entrance through the front door.

Theroux only spoke about the couple's romance publicly for the first time earlier this month.

But already the pair are doing very couple-like things like wearing their matching gold rings.

Jennifer began wearing the gold band on her ring finger a few weeks ago and shortly after Theroux, followed suit.

The couple were spotted walking in New York last week wearing the chunky gold rings for all to see, along with what appeared to be matching gold watches.

The bulky jewel is a far cry  from the elegant $500,000 diamond swirl engagement ring from Brad Pitt that she last wore on that finger.

Theroux – the cousin of British TV presenter Louis Theroux – is also reported to have moved into Miss Aniston’s Hollywood mansion.

‘He’s living at her place in LA,’ an insider told American magazine US Weekly. ‘And she’s introducing him as her boyfriend.’

It came during a tumultuous week for the pair – with Jennifer being branded a ‘home wrecker’ after Theroux’s long-time girlfriend Heidi Bivens  revealed that she had only moved out of the couple’s house the previous weekend.

Costume designer Miss Bivens is understood to be devastated over the new romance.

Jennifer met Theroux last autumn when they shot the film Wanderlust together, and the pair made their first public outing at the beginning of June at an awards ceremony after-party in LA.

They have been spotted on dates at various Hollywood haunts, but have largely avoided being photographed together.
