Jon Stewart OWNS Fox News Over Common White House "Controversy"

As expected, some well-known Fox News "journalists" were all fired up about Common's White House visit this week, during which the rapper read a poem.
As expected, Jon Stewart took them to task in an EPIC rant last night.
In typical Stewart fashion, he shredded their argument by simply using Fox News' own words against it, making the network look like an absolute joke:

You wouldn't assume a Comedy Central show would be more trustworthy than a quote-unquote news channel, but it's fairly obvious that's the case here.
Regardless of whether Common should have been asked to attend Michelle Obama's poetry event, Fox News is just pulling stuff out of its collective arse.
Between their obvious hypocrisy, misquoting of Common and twisting anything to stir up controversy, it was not their best week, even by their low standards.

Bethenny Frankel Vows to Fight Lawsuit

Bethenny Frankel won't be bullied.
The reality star is being sued for $100 million by a management company that claims she cheated it out of a commission, but she's made it very clear that she'll fight every charge in it.
"Life is good for me with all the things that are most important, namely family," Frankel said in response. "But let's be clear, I am a strong woman, and I am not afraid and won't back down when I'm bullied by something with zero merit. Success is earned by hard work, not taking advantage of others."

Referring to the lawsuit as "frivolous," Frankel refers to Doug Wald - the head of the firm that is suing her - as "someone with his hand out, who did nothing to earn it."

"We are exploring all of our options, including filing counterclaims against these people," she said.

Happy 25th Birthday, Robert Pattinson!

His character in the Twilight Saga may never age, but Robert Pattinson has reason to celebrate on Friday the 13th this year: the yummy actor turns 25 today!
Coming off a modest hit in Water for Elephants, R. Patt will be making plenty of media rounds over the next few months as he promotes Breaking Dawn. It hits theaters in November.

He'll be accompanied throughout by girlfriend Kristen Stewart, of course, as that pair remains as tight as ever... despite what you may read in the tabloids.

Coming to MTV: Lil Wayne Unplugged!

Lil Wayne is used to being patted down by members of law enforcement. But stripped down for an unplugged set on MTV? That will be a new one for sure.
The rap star is slated to appear on "MTV Presents: Lil Wayne Unplugged" Sunday, June 12, in a performance that will air on MTV, MTV.com and MTV2.
Lil Wayne's "Unplugged" performance will be the first hip-hop set "Unplugged" has produced since Jay-Z's special in 2001. Should be ... interesting.

As part of the buildup to his hotly anticipated album Tha Carter IV, due out early this summer, Weezy will pull from his massive catalog of hits.

Mike Myers and Kelly Tisdale: Expecting!

Yeah, baby, yeah! Mike Myers and wife Kelly Tisdale are about to be parents!
The couple, who got married in secret in New York late last year, are expecting later this year. The actor's rep confirmed the news to the New York Post.
It will be the first child for both Mike and Kelly.
The SNL alum and Austin Powers star started dating Tisdale in 2006, just after he split from his first wife, writer/actress Robin Ruzan, following a 12-year union.

The Real Housewives of New York City Recap: The Mask Has Two Faces ...

It's just Jill. It's just Ramona. It's just the housewives at their bitchy best.
At the launch party for her new wine, Ramona can't stop screeching at Jill. Jill walking away does nothing to halt her tirade. Ramona can't seem to stop herself.
Perhaps she needs to drink a little more of her own wine or more than likely, she's had way to much of it.

Earlier, Ramona has a photo shoot. She feels her picture needs to grace the cover of her products. I'm shocked.
Ramona playing model is always downright frightening. Her "sexy eyes" are just plain creepy. Then an assistant tells her she looks like a young Pamela Anderson.
Wow. How much money do you have to pay to get that much sucking up.
Ramona appears more drunk with every scene and a wine glass is never far from her hand.
When Luann corners her to ask pertinent questions about where and how her wine is made, Ramona just stares dumbly back at her. Ramona doesn't care about the details. She just wants to drink her wine and put her name on the label.
I'm surprised she doesn't have her face etched on their too. Considering the amount she consumes, it looks like she'll keep herself in business for a long time.
Cindy says that everyone seems to resign themselves to accepting Ramona for who she is. "What, a psychopath?" There's certainly no love lost there after last week's disastrous luncheon.
Cindy and Jill find the time to hang out. Jill admires the kids while Cindy laments over her loss of sleep. Apparently the nannies make too much noise when they get up with the kids at night. Nice life.

But nothing could beat Sonja. She bemoans her financial hardships while a woman does her makeup and her stylist enters the room. Not to mention her man servant who gets her tea but she doesn't pay him.
He's a friend's son whom she allows to live with her to work on his English while he waits on Sonja hand and foot.
Sonja's gala masquerade ball was more of a tiny cocktail party set in a vault. Jill not only calls the party "unimportant" but also tells Alex about the bruise on Sonja's ass.
How does she know about that? Well, Sonja somehow forgot the panties for her much too short costume. When she bent over she gave her party guests a show I'm sure they'll want to forget.
"I feel like an idiot." Sonja cries. Well honey, if the description fits… Maybe she had a little too much of Ramona's wine.
There should be a warning label on that stuff that consuming it causes stupidity. These ladies certainly don't need the help.

New Couple Alert: Martha Stewart and Seth Meyers?!?!?

Seth Meyers is a very funny man. Seriously, did you listen to his remarks at The White House Correspondents' Dinner?
Now, according to The National Enquirer, homemaking maven Martha Stewart is the latest to benefit from this comedian's sense of humor.
That tabloid claims the seemingly mismatched pair are a couple, as "Seth has been on Martha’s TV show four times and they’ve grown to like each other a lot." Moreover, a source says Stewart "needs to laugh" these days.

How come?
Her company posted a first quarter loss over $7 million, and her ex-boyfriend just had a baby with another woman. Tough times, indeed.
“The only bright spots for Martha recently have been the birth of her grand­daughter Jude – the baby her daughter Alexis had through a surrogate – and Seth,” said the insider.
