Square Eyes ; YOU HAVE YOUR SAY

Tell us what you think about what's on the box from Coronation Street to the Story Of Science and Eurovision I am a huge fan of Coronation Street but the Gail McIntyre prison storyline is really trying my patience. This ordinary citizen ends up in jailtheme has been done to death in every soap - including Corrie. It is completely unbelievable and insulting to intelligent viewers. No one minds a bit of escapism but give us a break and free the latest Weatherfield one.

Maureen Shaw, by email The final episode of the Story Of Science focused on the secrets of life itself and gave a wonderful insight into the human psyche. This series has tackled complex subjects in an easy-to-understand ma nner and has sparked a RosesRiver City is one of the most under-rated dramas on the box. Brilliant characters, fast-moving plots and just the right amount of comedy moments. The latest plot involving Scarlett and her low-life sister is gripping with Ruth's love story giving theshow a happy spin. The perfect balance. Keep up the good work in Shieldinch.

Leigh-Ann Wilson, Glasgow renewed interest into the world of science. Presenter Michael Mosley has been the perfect host to lead us on the journey from the early days of science through to the technological marvels of today. Let's hope TV bosses changetheir minds and deliver a second series of this fun and informative show.

Scott Burnett, Edinburgh It's hard to find something suitable to watch with my kids who are 12 and 14 but Waterloo Road fits the bill perfectly. It's one of the few programmes we can all sit down and enjoy as a family. Not only that, it throws up somevery interesting topics which may otherwise be hard to get kids discussing with their parents such as drugs and pregnancy. Full marks to BBC1.

Mrs C. Bradwell, by email Luther is the best cop drama on TV by far. The brilliant Idris Elba takes us on a cat and mouse chase every week as he hunts down the bad guys. I hope series two is in the pipeline.

Mr D. Anderson, by email Rasps Once again the Eurovision Song contest hit a bum note for the UK entrant despite an admirable performance from singer Josh Dubovie. The German entry, sung by Lena, was a deserving winner but it wouldn't matter if we putforward Robbie Williams in hot pants, we would come last. It's time we pulled out of this farce of a competition and saved ourselves a bit of cash - not to mention dignity.

Donna McGinty, Irvine I Dreamed A Dream: The Susan Boyle Story was a timely reminder of how Britain's Got Talent can change lives. You can't help but love last year's runner-up - her great personality comes a close second to her amazing voice. Somepeople may scoffat reality TV shows but without them people like Susan - and previous BGT winners Paul Potts and Diversity - would never have been given a once-in-a-lifetime chance. S. Pritchard, Gourock There aren't enough programmes like consumer showWatchdog on the telly. Surely a show fighting for the rights of everday people deserves a daily slot on our screens. I would certainly watch this every night. Also, does anyone miss Points Of View fronted by Anne Robinson? Give the viewers back a voice.
