Wild child: Emma Ridley is now painting a considerably less rosy picture of her latest divorce
Months after warmly describing her estranged third husband as a 'wonderful dad' and their 'amicable' separation, former wild child Emma Ridley is painting a considerably less rosy picture of her latest divorce.
She has, I learned, been served with a temporary restraining order by her ex, David Tyler, and will appear in court tomorrow to contest his claim that she 'slapped' him.
Matters are going from bad to worse for Emma, a fixture from the age of 13 on the Eighties London club scene with pals like Amanda de Cadenet and Tamara Beckwith.
She was already fighting off Tyler's claim for half of her Goddess Fitness Dance business in Los Angeles.
A Disney child star who got her Equity card aged four but dropped out of the Royal Ballet School when she went off the rails, Emma, now 39, served divorce papers on the unemployed builder a year ago.
But he is refusing to sign, claiming he helped create her Californian dance studios.
Emma famously ran off to Las Vegas at 15 to marry 30-year-old London club owner Robert Pereno, then had a son, Otis, with her second husband, music producer Philip Ehrlich, before settling down with Tyler in 1999.
The couple have two children, Elim and Isis.
As the marriage unravelled, Emma reinvented herself as a fitness guru. Her business comprises two branches in the suburbs of LA.

Classes include pole dancing and belly dancing, while burlesque classes, 'stripper Sunday school' classes and 'luscious lap dancing' classes are also available, along with 'goddess in training' classes for children.
Legally Emma cannot discuss her divorce. But a close friend says she finds the latest turn of events 'degrading' and 'cannot believe David could stoop so low'.
The friend tells me: 'It's all-out war between Emma and David. I feel sorry for the children.'
Emma has started a relationship with TV production millionaire Ady Gil, says the friend, adding: 'She just wants this whole thing to go away.'
